An answering service company had messaging, schedules, contacts, and billing scattered across email, spreadsheets, and phone calls. Three types of users (administrators, employees, and clients) all needed access to different parts of the same information.

How it works

A full operations platform where everything flows through one system instead of five. Administrators manage companies, oversee employees, and generate monthly financial reports with one-click exports. Employees handle messaging, scheduling, and contact management for their assigned companies. Clients log in and see only their own messages. New companies spin up fully configured in seconds.

Technical details

Dynamic dashboard

One dashboard that reconfigures itself based on who's logged in and which company is selected. Over 8 interface components compose on the fly.

Access control

Three roles: administrators (full access), employees (scoped to assigned companies), clients (auto-redirected to their own message portal).

Financial reporting

Per-company totals calculated and filtered by month. One-click CSV export formatted for European Excel compatibility (UTF-8, semicolon-delimited).

Company provisioning

Creating a new company automatically generates all linked data structures (schedules, contacts, permissions), ready to use immediately.
