Every new collection meant a lot of manual work.
New Looxs sells cycling bags and accessories across Europe through retailers. Every collection brings thousands of product photos, new models and price changes, in four languages. Keeping the site current was a lot of manual work for a small team, and heavy images slowed every page.

How it works
The system adapts to the files the team already has. Product photos are imported in bulk, optimized automatically and matched to the right product, with no manual linking. Retailers get images and product files from a download area on the site. Visitors see the prices for their country, and a new collection goes live in one checked run.
Technical details
Smart matching
Uploaded photos are matched to the right product and placed in the right order automatically, model versions included. A product without photos raises a warning that only the team sees.
Automatic optimization
A nightly job creates lighter versions of every photo. An admin screen shows progress and a log, and lets the team start or cancel a run. One 3.4 MB photo became 91 KB.
Retailer downloads
Retailers get product images and documents from the site itself, without asking the team for files.
Country pricing
The visitor's country sets which price list is shown, on product pages, listings and related products alike.
Collection updates
New models, renames and removals from the supplier sheet are applied in one repeatable run, with a dry run first and a check in all four languages.

Any product can be found in the admin by typing its barcode.
